PSV Eindhoven and Barcelona have reached an agreement for Ibrahim Afellay, taking him off the market for January, when Italian clubs were expected to make their interests solid.
As reported by Tuttomercato, the news of the transfer is not yet official also because the contract still needs to be defined, but the move will be soon confirmed. Afellay had no intention to renew the contract with PSV Eindhoven, which is expiring in 2011.
The player who is internationally considered a talent, had been tracked by Juventus and Inter, who were rumoured to be planning a move in January.
