Amauri a transfer target for Napoli

Corriere dello Sport have surprisingly reported that Juventus striker Amauri is a transfer-target for Napoli.
The Brazilian-born hitman has recently earned his wish of representing Italy under Cesare Prandelli, however his club form with Juventus hasn’t always been what they expected. Amauri was one of Serie A’s most feared goalscorers with Palermo between 2006 and 2008, and Juve shelled out approximately 22 million Euros for his signature. However, he is now in his third season in Turin, and has suffered more than his fair share of injuries and goal-droughts.
Nevertheless, it would be a surprise if Napoli could tempt Juve into selling him. The Vesuviani are flying high in Serie A with Edinson Cavani their main goalscorer, but adding Amauri to their team would be a significant coup.
Beppe Marotta is still mid-way through re-shaping Juve’s squad, and although there are no public plans to offload Amauri, the new Azzurri international is under pressure to impress. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
