Bayern enter race for Viviano

German giants Bayern Munich have become the latest big club to enter the race for Bologna goalkeeper Emiliano Viviano, Calciomercato.it understands.
Viviano’s agent Renzo Contratto said:
“Viviano is the second best Italian goalkeeper behind Gianluigi Buffon,” Contratto continued, “and he is ready to wear the shirt of a big club. It won’t be simple to transfer him as Inter and Bologna share his contract.”
Viviano, 24, has profited from his excellent form this season by becoming Italy’s goalkeeper due to Buffon’s injury, starting the abandoned match against Serbia on Tuesday. In recent times he has attracted interest from Arsenal too.
