Benitez: “Inter will buy in January”

In his press conference prior to Wednesday evening’s Serie A match against Lecce. Inter coach Rafael Benitez has been telling reporters that the club will look to reinforce in January.
Speaking on the club’s official TV station, the Spaniard announced that: “I have spoken with the President and we are aware of what we must do in January to bring equality to the squad”.
He continued: “for instance, we have lost Walter (Samuel) for the rest of the season and although I have a great squad at my disposal, we still have other problems, so in January we will look to increase our strength in depth for 2011”. The pressure is mounting on the 50-year-old tactician and there are even rumours suggesting that if he fails to beat city rivals Milan at the weekend then he will lose his job. Asked about his views on the big showdown Benitez replied: “I think only about the game against Lecce, the next match is always the most important”. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
