Boateng: Milan can win Scudetto

In an interview with Corriere dello Sport, Milan’s Kevin-Prince Boateng has insisted that the Rossoneri can win the Scudetto.
Milan face Juventus at the weekend, but Boateng has claimed that his side are the strongest in Italy – stronger, even, than Inter.
He said: “If Milan play to 100 per cent of our potential, I don’t see any obstacles. The three points will be ours. A win would be the confirmation of our positive spell and the confirmation that the Scudetto is within our range. We mustn’t be scared of anyone.
“We mustn’t worry about our opponents, but only about doing our job in the best way possible.
“We didn’t play well against Real Madrid, particularly in defence. And our attitude wasn’t right. You can’t allow yourself to make mistakes against opposition of that nature because they know how to profit from every mistake.
“A win against Juventus will be the best response to that awful evening. Actually, we are aiming for a double victory against Juventus and Real.
“We are working for the Scudetto every day. The games come week after week and every one, above all in Italy, is important. That’s why you must always concentrate, so as not to lose points along the way. I consider the Champions League to be a bonus instead,”
Boateng concluded.
The 27-year-old Ghana midfielder will be hoping to play some part against Juve this weekend. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
