Bologna close to Acquafresca

Robert Acquafresca could be heading to Bologna after Genoa President Enrico Preziosi admitted the two clubs have reached an agreement for the player’s transfer.
If Acquafresca agrees to the move, it is believed it will initially be a loan with an option to buy at the end of next season. Speaking on Sky Sport 24 on Sunday, Preziosi said the final decision will be made by the player today.
“We have reached an agreement with Bologna for Acquafresca. The player has asked for a couple of days to decide and two days are up tomorrow (Monday). If he says yes, the player will be contracted to the felsinei.”
Acquafresca enjoyed his best period at Cagliari from 2007 to 2009, scoring 34 goals. He subsequently struggled at Genoa and was loaned out to Atalanta and then the Sardinians again, where he failed to recapture his earlier form. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
