Bologna’s Malesani close to sack

Corriere dello Sport has claimed that Bologna coach Alberto Malesani could be coming to the end of his time at the club after an argument with the president Sergio Porcedda.
Porcedda’s patience with his underachieving came to a head last weekend when they lost to Cagliari, and he said afterwards: “I am furious. We can’t always wait to concede a goal to start to play.”
It is thought Malesani took offence at Porcedda’s comments, and therefore could be sacked if Bologna’s results do not improve, starting at the weekend against Lecce.
Porcedda has already sacked one manager this season, when he dismissed Franco Colomba the day before the opening match of the campaign. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
