Branca: Difficult for Inter to sign Luis Fabiano

Inter director Marco Branca has said that there is a slight chance that the Nerazzurri might sign Sevilla striker Luis Fabiano but admits that it will be difficult.
Luis Fabiano has been much talked about in this January transfer window with Inter, Juventus and Tottenham all monitoring him. Brazilian club Corinthians are the only club to have made a serious offer for him but this was flatly turned down by the Spanish side.
Inter’s decision to look for cover for Diego Milito has meant that the 30 year old Brazilian has suddenly become of interest. Marco Branca told ANSA that he wants to come to a deal but it will be tough, he said “There is a possibility that Luis Fabiano could come to Inter, but it’s not very likely,”
Fabiano has played for Sevilla since his transfer from Porto in 2005. He has scored 70 goals in 141 games for the Andalusian club. The ex-Sao Paolo striker has an impressive International goal scoring record to with 28 goals in 43 games for Brazil.
Marco Branca also ruled out a move for Udinese’s Chilean International Alexis Sanchez saying that “Inter like Sanchez, but he is not on the market. Inter will not be buying players for the sake of buying players.” Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
