Buffon agent rubbishes transfer talk

Juventus custodian Gianluigi Buffon’s agent has hit out at reports linking his client with a move away from Turin claiming Buffon will be a Bianconero for the foreseeable future.
Silvano Martino told Calciomercato.it that there was little to say on the market rumours and also stated that he doesn’t anticipate any problems with Buffon and Storari co-existing together.
“I have no intention on commenting on all this nonsense that is being written in the newspapers everyday. Gigi still has two and half years left on his contract and there is nothing more to add.
“As for Storari, all great teams have at least two good goalkeepers. I don’t see where the problem lies. For us, certainly there are no issues.”

There has been some amount of tension in the Juve camp regarding who will be the first choice keeper with Buffon set to return to action for the first time in over six months.
Storari had stated in an interview previously that he would consider moving away from the Bianconeri if he wasn’t going to be a part of the starting XI.
As for Buffon his agent’s comments shall possibly pour cold water on the idea of the player planning to depart the Old Lady for Manchester United
