Cambiasso hails Inter belief

Esteban Cambiasso believes Inter’s self-belief helped them over the line in the Derby della Madonnina on Sunday night.
Diego Milito scored the only goal of the match early in the second half as Inter soaked up pressure and defended well against Milan.
The Argentine told Inter Channel there is still a long way to go: “We knew it wasn’t going to be easy but we also had belief in ourselves. Now we’re calm, we’ve won the derby but we still have a lot to do. What did I think when Milito scored? That it was almost identical to two years ago. It wasn’t an easy finish, he didn’t have much of an angle but he managed to stick it away. He did superbly.”
With the victory, Inter are now just five points behind their city rivals and six behind leaders Juventus.
“The league table? This game isn’t about the table, it’s the derby, it was something different from everything else, regardless of the other results this afternoon,” Cambiasso claimed. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
