Camoranesi to leave Stuttgart

Former Italy international Mauro Camoranesi has been told that he is surplus to requirements at Stuttgart just a few months after his high-profile arrival at the club.
The 34-year-old was released from Juventus last summer and opted to join the German club to play out the final years of his career.
However, the Argentine-born midfielder has failed to sustain a first-team spot with Stuttgart and the club don’t want a player with such a high salary on the bench. As a result, Camoranesi could return to either Italy or Argentina.
Stuttgart sporting director Fredi Bobic admitted: “We had a talk at the training camp and have agreed that if he finds a club and if he wants to leave, then he may.
“We have come to agree to his wish but he will join a club that meets our financial needs. Until then, we will work together to help him professionally.”

It is unclear what kind of transfer fee Stuttgart will demand for the player, but the fact that he is one of the highest earners at the club means that he may come cheap.
Camoranesi was only ever handed a one-year deal so should no suitable offers come in January then he will once again be a free agent at the end of the season. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
