Cannavaro still hasn’t committed to Napoli

Napoli captain Paolo Cannavaro’s future is still up in the air, after more contract negotiations with the club broke down.
Cannavaro is a hometown hero at Napoli, but his contract expires at the end of the season and the player hasn’t been able to come to an agreement with the club about a new deal. However, his agent Gaetano Fedele has insisted that Cannavaro wants to remain in Naples.
Fedele told local radio station Kiss Kiss: “Contract talks are at a standstill. We hope we can resolve the situation soon. Everyone knows that Paolo wants to stay in his city otherwise there would have already been contact with other clubs.”
It has been reported that the 29-year-old has been offered the three-year deal that he requested, but only on the same wages as he has been earning. Cannavaro supposedly wants a pay increase, which is the reason for the disagreement with the club. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
