Cassano could still join Juventus

Antonio Cassano could be on his way to rejoining Beppe Marotta and Luigi Del Neri at Juventus, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
The 28-year-old Sampdoria player has been frozen out by his club after his high-profile row with president Riccardo Garrone. If Garrone succeeds in terminating Cassano’s contract, former Sampdoria employees Marotta and Del Neri could swoop in.
Sporting director Marotta has been reshaping Juve’s squad since joining from Sampdoria in the summer, and Cassano may be an attractive prospect. Although the striker previously fell out with coach Del Neri during the pair’s time at Sampdoria, they could be willing to rebuild their relationship in Turin.
Marotta and Del Neri have both publicly stated that they don’t need Cassano recently, but if he becomes available as a free agent then Juventus could beat Inter to his signature. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
