Tuttosport reports new Juventus Coach Antonio Conte would like to compliment his centre of defence by enticing Torino’s Angelo Ogbonna across the city.
Ogbonna could be tempted by a move to Serie A after the Granata finished seventh in the cadetti and failed to even make the promotion play-offs.
Conte would like to add Ogbonna to his three main central defenders, Giorgio Chiellini, Andrea Barzagli and Leonardo Bonucci.
The U21 Italian international was the subject of an €8m bid by Napoli in January which was rejected by the seven-time Italian champions. It is believed Torino would be willing to deal with the Bianconeri if they receive a €14m bid.
Frederik Sorensen is thought to be available for a loan move in order to gain experience in his natural position in the centre of defence. Luigi Del Neri utilised the young Dane at right-back last season due to the struggles of Marco Motta.
Ogbonna recently received a call-up to the senior Italian side for the friendly against Republic of Ireland, but did not feature. He made 35 appearances for Torino last season.
