De Laurentiis: Napoli won’t sell stars

Aurelio De Laurentiis, Napoli’s outspoken president, has told Radio Marte that his prize assets, Walter Mazzari, Marek Hamsik and Ezequiel Lavezzi are “unsellable.”
Speaking to the Neapolitan radio station, De Laurentiis, who is also a prominent film producer said: “No one has made a bid for any of them. But if they did, they would not get a nice answer.”
As for on loan goal-scoring hero, Edinson Cavani, he added: ”We have to make sure he becomes a Neapolitan next year. For him to play for another team next season would be a crime. He is the perfect player for us.”
The Roman-born president also added to Hassan Yebda’s earlier comments praising manager Walter Mazzari: “The manager is not thinking of the Scudetto. He is only thinking of the next game. Our Coach is a very serious, very professional man who, as long as I am here, will never be sacked.”
