Del Neri still believes he is the right man for the job

Whilst Juventus prepare to face Milan in this weekends main game, Luigi Del Neri has remained adamant that he is the right man to lead Juventus back to the top.
Juventus currently sit in seventh place in the Serie A table and have been well under par this term. High profile defeats to Bari, Palermo, Parma, Udinese, Lecce and more recently Bologna have all damaged ‘The Old Lady’s’ chances of Champions League football, a defeat to Milan may kill the dream once and for all.
There have been some parts of the Juventus hierarchy that have called for Del Neri to resign, however, the Juventus Coach is in no mood to walk away. He told Sky Italia: “I go forward, absolutely. The defeat against Bologna is difficult to comment upon. We are sorry. This season has been a year of tension and suffering. I can’t say I have lost the confidence of the team in the space of two weeks.”
If Juventus do lose to Milan, Tuttosport claims that Louis Van Gaal is the most likely man to be put in charge. The Bayern Munich boss is believed top be a favourite of President Andrea Agnelli. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
