Ficcadenti defends himself against angry Cesena fans

Cesena supporters carried out a rare but civil protest against coach Massimo Ficcadenti earlier in the week after he conducted training behind closed doors.
Ficcadenti, despite some abuse from the tifosi, confronted the group of protesters and then asked the team manager Fiorenzo Treossi to open the gate. He then talked for about 20 minutes to the supporters, answering to every questions.
According to Tutto Mercato Web, the tifosi asked “If we don’t win against clubs like Bologna and Bari, who we are going to win against?”
The coach, not discouraged, answered “We have to win all the matches, the safety point is not that far away and the other promoted clubs are having difficulties.”
The tactician then went back inside leaving Captain Giuseppe Colucci to talk to the fans.
The teams next game is a home match against Cagliari on December 18, as the one against Inter has been postponed to January 19 because Inter has the Club World Cup commitment. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
