Fiorentina in talks for Sissoko

Fiorentina are reportedly locked in negotiations to sign Juventus’ unwanted midfielder Mohamed Sissoko in the upcoming transfer window in an attempt to bolster their squad/
Sissoko has been surplus to requirements ever since Luigi Del Neri took over as Juventus coach in the summer, and after failing to secure a move away from the club several months ago, he could now be set to leave.
Sporting director Beppe Marotta is also keen to offload Sissoko in order to raise funds to sign a new player. He recently announced that if Sissoko was struggling to stay happy in Turin, he would be free to leave.
Fiorentina boss Sinisa Mihajlovic is keen to bring in some of his own players after he also took over in the summer. Sissoko, 25, is seen as an important transfer target due to the physicality he would bring to Fiorentina’s midfield.
The two clubs are allegedly negotiating a deal that would see the Mali international move to Florence on loan until the end of the season, when the club would then have an option to make the transfer permanent.
Transfers between Juventus and Fiorentina have traditionally been fiery and controversial ever since the riots caused when Roberto Baggio swapped purple for black and white. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
