Fiorentina wait on Montolivo decision

Fiorentina have revealed that Ricardo Montolivo is yet to make a decision on whether to accept their contract offer. The 26-year-old asked for time to consider his options but has still failed to provide the club with an answer.
The Italian midfielder’s contract is due to expire in the summer of 2012, but La Viola are keen for their asset to remain at the club and earlier this year offered him fresh terms.
Fiorentina are now keen to hear Montolivo’s verdict, with a number of European clubs reportedly jostling for his signature.Discussing the situation with reporters, Fiorentina chief executive Sandro Mencucci said:
“We want to keep Montolivo. The long contract offer that we have presented him confirms as much. We can’t really do much more than that. We have been clear, but now he needs to make a decision.”
Inter Milan, Bayern Munich, Juventus and Arsenal are all said to be monitoring the situation closely and are preparing bids for the Italian international. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
