Genoa undecided on goalkeeper issue

Genoa has narrowed its search for a new goalkeeper down to two names, according to Corriere dello Sport.
The newspaper states Fiorentina custodian Sebastien Frey and Italian international Emiliano Viviano have been lined up to replace Portuguese shot-stopper Eduardo.
The port-city club will need to move the ex-Braga man on in order to make a move, with West Bromwich Albion the most likely destination. He had an inconsistent debut campaign, with a possible move away talked about back in January.
Fiorentina would be tempted with a €3.5 million plus Robert Acquafresca deal, the striker never settling at the Grifoni.
Viviano recently joined Inter, who outbid Bologna in the co-ownership blind auction. He would likely be second choice to Brazilian Julio Cesar and could be an option on loan.
Meanwhile, Genoa President Enrico Preziosi will today push for Goran Pandev. With Rodrigo Palacio likely to join Gian Piero Gasperini at the Nerazzurri, the Macedonian international could make the move in the opposite direction. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
