Gilardino denies Juventus move

According to Corriere dello Sport, Fiorentina striker Alberto Gilardino has denied that he wants a transfer to Juventus.
Gilardino has been repeatedly linked with Juve recently, partly because he broke off his relationship with his previous agent, seemingly so he could sign with Beppe Bozzo. Bozzo is has taken Fabio Grosso, Marco Motta and Fabio Quagliarella in the past couple of years, and has ties to Juve’s sporting director Beppe Marotta. However, Gilardino has rejected the notion of going to Turin.
The 27-year-old Italian international said: “I broke my professional relationship with FIFA agent Marcello Bonetto, but for the moment have not signed any deal with other agents,” said Gilardino in an official statement.
“I also wish to point out that I am totally concentrated on the next games and our season.
“I have a contract with Fiorentina until 2013 and intend to respect it.” Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
