“I love Palermo, I do not want to leave. I consider the incident to be behind me. I want to say thanks to my family, my friends and all those who work in Palermo. Also, thanks to the many fans who I have come across during the past week. I have been stopped in the street and people with nothing to with the incident offering me support. I think this is the sort of thing that can happen in any city.”
