Inter closing in on Cassano

Inter are reportedly closing in on signing Antonio Cassano once the striker’s contract with Sampdoria has been terminated. Massimo Moratti has been a fan of the Azzurri forward and the club tried to sign him under the leadership of Roberto Mancini.
Sampdoria President Riccardo Garrone is determined to push Cassano out of the club following a foul-mouthed outburst by the troubled striker but the Nerazzurri seem ready to offer him a lifeline. Inter have been struggling for goals this term and are likely to be in the market for a striker in January.
Furthermore, Cassano’s contract recission would mean that Moratti won’t have to spend too much money on securing his services and that makes this deal even more appealing. The Inter patron has already expressed his will to keep money tight at the club with an eye of the Financial Fair Play scheme coming up in 2012.
Tuttosport report that representatives from Inter have had a talk with Cassano and personal terms have already been agreed with the fantista. He is seen as the ideal replacement for Mario Balotelli who left for Manchester City in the summer. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
