Inter enter Lamela race

Inter seem set to take advantage of River Plate’s relegation from the Argentinian top flight by signing the much sought after Erik Lamela.
River’s demotion, coupled with large debts, means that the club need to cash in on their biggest stars, and the 19-year-old falls into that bracket.
However, Inter are not the only Serie A club said to have interest in the playmaker. Napoli have reportedly submitted a £13.4 million bid for the player, while AC Milan and AS Roma also monitoring the situation closely.
Spanish clubs Atletico Madrid, Sevilla and Valencia are also keen to acquire the youngster’s services. The Nerazzurri are also thought to be tracking Lamela’s team-mate, 18-year-old midfielder Manuel Lanzini.
Tuttosport reports that new coach Gian Piero Gasperini and president Massimo Moratti are keen to freshen up the Inter squad ahead of the new season with youth, and the South American market is of particular interest to the pair. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
