Inter inching closer to Ranocchia

Inter seem set to pry away Andrea Ranochhia from Genoa after his agent was spotted outside the club’s offices in Milan earlier today. Inter already own half of the defender’s contract and are likely to buy out the rest for a figure of €8 million.
Ranocchia became Inter’s top priority after an injury to Walter Samuel ruled out the Argentine for the entire season. Inter Technical Director Marco Branca had admitted earlier that the Nerazzurri will be in the market to cover for Samuel’s absence.
Corriere Dello Sport reports that a meeting is in progress at Inter’s Saras offices between Genoa’s Sporting Director Stefano Capozucca, Ranocchia’s agent Tullio Tinti and Inter’s Finance Minister Rinaldo Ghelfi.
The 22-year old defender has proven his quality at Genoa this season and was highly impressive at Francesco Guidolin’s Bari side last term. He is expected to slot straight into Inter’s starting XI. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
