Inzaghi: I’ll be fit in 20 days

Milan’s Scudetto challenge is set to be given a massive boost after veteran striker, Filippo Inzaghi, told Mediaset Sport that he would be back playing in 20 days.
Inzaghi was thought to be out for the rest of the season after picking up a knee injury in Milan’s 3-1 win over Palermo last year. There was even concern from some quarters that Super Pippo may never play again.
However, the operation to repair his damaged cruciate ligament was a success, and the former Italian international’s return to training has progressed faster than would normally be expected.
Speaking exclusively to Mediaset, the Piacenza born forward said: “I’ll be back in 20 days to help Milan win.”
“I’m feeling reasonably good. My knee is no longer causing me problems. I think I will be available in about three weeks.”

The Rossoneri’s lead at the top of Serie A has been cut down to two points in recent weeks, ahead of this weekend’s derby. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
