Julio Cesar injured for Inter again

Brazilian goalkeeper Julio Cesar has become Inter’s first casualty of the year as tests by the club’s medical staff revealed a strain in his left hamstring.
Cesar who only recently recovered from injury after missing out on almost a month of competitive action is likely to miss Inter’s clash with Napoli on Thursday following this diagnosis.
Inter have been plagued with injuries this season and the latest one to their goalkeeper may be an ominous sign at the start of Leonardo’s tenure.
The Nerazzurri will be forced to readjust when they welcome Napoli as Samuel Eto’o will serve the last game of his three-match ban while Wesley Sneijder is still recovering from his thigh injury.
The bench will also be slightly short of numbers as youngsters Philippe Coutinho and Joel Obi are yet to return to full fitness following their injuries.
The game however, may see the debut of defender Andrea Ranocchia whose signing from Genoa was completed yesterday and is set to be presented in a short while.
