Julio Cesar to stay at Inter until 2014

Inter’s goalkeeper Julio Cesar is set to stay at the club until 2014 Calciomercato reports. The 31 year old custodian has re-affirmed his loyalty to the Nerazzurri despite rumours of outside interest.
Julio Cesar joined Inter in 2005 from Chievo. He had big gloves to fill on his arrival as Francesco Toldo held the number one shirt. Nevertheless he managed to earn a starting place and has gone on to be (according to Gianluca Pagliuca) the best goalkeeper in the World.
When asked by Calciomercato if he would leave the club seeing as it is predicated that co-owned Emiliano Viviano will join in June he answered “I see myself at Inter until 2014 , when my contract expires – I do not see why I should change .”
On Viviano he went on to say “For me it would not change anything. And if he wants a transfer to Inter? I talked about it with Massimo Moratti, as we always do: I go to him, and he listens to what I say, I say what I think. And whatever we say, we certainly understand each other.”
The Brazilian shot stopper is in no mood for being pushed out of Inter’s starting eleven no matter who arrives and if he can stay free from injury then it is unlikely anyone will.
