Juve to sell Grosso and Salihamidzic

Juventus are looking to offload Fabio Grosso and Hasan Salihamidzic in the January transfer window according to Corriere dello Sport, as neither are required at the club.
Left-back Grosso, who was one of Italy’s heroes at the 2006 World Cup, is now 32-years-old and hasn’t played in Juve’s first-team all season. He was recruited last season after spending two seasons with Lyon, but is now surplus to requirements after attracting criticism for Juve’s terrible defence last season.
Salihamidzic, who plays right-back or right-midfield, is also on the fringes of the first-team. The Bosnian is 33-years-old and in his third season with the Bianconeri after signing in 2007 from Bayern Munich.
The two players may be past their best, however both retain good reputations from their career achievements, and Juventus are confident of offloading the duo on free transfers in the next transfer window.
