Juventus have no plans to sell Sissoko

Juventus sporting director Beppe Marotta has reacted to rumours that he could be selling Mohamed Sissoko to Fiorentina by denying that the player will be going anywhere.
It has been rumoured all season that Juventus had transfer-listed Sissoko because they want to raise funds through his sale. The 25-year-old has featured for the club infrequently under Luigi Del Neri and it seemed that Fiorentina were in advanced negotiations to take him on loan for the remainder of the current campaign.
But Marotta has surprisingly denied that any talks are taking place, saying: I>“If he is happy to stay then we will not sell him. It will be entirely up to him. We have a good relationship with Sissoko at the moment and he has never asked to leave.”
It remains to be seen if Fiorentina comment on the alleged talks, which seemed set to be completed in the next week. Sissoko had previously been linked with Napoli, as well as a return to the Premier League where he formerly played for Liverpool.
