Juventus want to bring back Bocchetti

La Gazzetta dello Sport has suggested that Juventus want to sign Italy international Salvatore Bocchetti from his Russian club Rubin Kazan.
Bocchetti only joined Rubin this summer in a surprise €11 million transfer from Genoa. That was mid-way through the Russian season, which ended last weekend. Juventus feel that they could tempt him back to Serie A because Italy national team boss Cesare Prandelli omitted him from his latest squad. Bocchetti was a regular in the Italy team when he played for Genoa so may come back to Serie A for the sake of his international career.
Juventus could loan him for three months – during the Russian close-season – to help ease their defensive injury crisis. Alternatively Rubin could seek to recoup the money they paid for him a few months ago by selling him to the Bianconeri permanently.
Bocchetti, 24, started his career at Ascoli before moving to Frosinone and Genoa. He has five international caps for Italy.
