Kilmarnock acquire Milan prodigy

AC Milan have allowed midfielder Willy Aubameyang to join Scottish Premier League side Kilmarnock on a free transfer. The Gabon international joined Milan from Triestina in 2005 but failed to make an impact at the San Siro.
And as a result the Rossoneri have decided to allow the 23-year-old, who spent part of this season on loan at Monza, to join up with Killie on a deal until the end of the campaign.
Speaking to the Daily Record, Killie manager Mixu Paatelainen revealed he is delighted with his latest capture and believes he will shine in Scotland’s top flight.
“It’s an exciting signing for the fans because we have brought in a player from one of Europe’s biggest clubs – a boy who has been given a wonderful football education at AC Milan,” said the boss.
“We need to see how he adapts to the game in Scotland because sometimes players from Southern Europe struggle with the tempo of the SPL.
“But he has good attributes. He’s a strong player and technically good and we think he will be able to do a job for the team.” Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
