Krasic: “Juventus believe in Scudetto”

Milos Krasic firmly believes that the current Juventus squad is worthy of winning the Scudetto. The Serbian who handed the Bianconeri an injury-time victory over Lazio on Sunday feels that the club can really push Milan all the way.
Speaking to broadcaster B92, the Serb confessed that the team felt confident in its abilities to challenge for the Serie A title. He also refused to rule out Inter despite the Nerazzurri trailing massively in the standings.
“This is a Juventus for the Scudetto. At this point, Milan is ahead but the gap is not unbridgeable. We can easily recover these six points in the course of the season. We have an obligation to aim for the title but it’s just not racing ahead with its ambitions.”
The Bianconeri’s top acquisition of the summer also stated that the team was building patiently towards its objectives. The Old Lady were last defeated by Palermo in late September and since then they are unbeaten for 16 games in all competitions.
“Let’s go step by step, one step at a time, and then we’ll see. We showed quality and continuity of play and for the past twelve rounds we haven’t been defeated. The victories give us confidence and nurture our hopes of reaching the title.”
The Serb also had a final word about his rivals: “Milan has started to skyrocket, but there is still a whole half of the season, nothing is decided yet. Inter are in difficulty but it is very frightening.” Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
