Lech Poznan duo don’t want Italy move

Artjoms Rudnevs and Slawomir Peszko, who shot to prominence this season with Polish minnows Lech Poznan in the Europa League, have revealed they don’t want transfers to Serie A.
Lech Poznan effectively eliminated Juve from the European competition this season, and both players impressed immensely. Rudnevs even scored four goals against the Bianconeri over two games.
The 22-year-old Latvian striker has made himself hot property, with even Juve reportedly interested. But, he has his sights set elsewhere.
He said: “My favourite team are Barcelona but if I could choose from the teams mentioned I’d choose Arsenal.”
“I will only think about other clubs when Lech Poznan or my agent tells me that a real offer has been made.”

Peszko, meanwhile, has been linked with a move to either Udinese or Brescia. But the 25-year-old winger has also reacted without interest, saying: “If I decide to change clubs I wouldn’t choose an Italian outfit.”
