Manchester stars linked with a move to Rome

Sky Italia are reporting that Roma are looking to bring in two new faces this January from Manchester in the shape of Rio Ferdinand and Carlos Tevez.
Reports in England, repeated by Sky Italia, have suggested that new Roma General Director Franco Baldini, formerly part of the England management set up, is looking to use his knowledge of the English game to bring the two stars to the Stadio Olimpico.
The Argentine Tevez has fallen out of favour at Manchester City due to a breakdown in his relationship with former Inter Coach Roberto Mancini and the English vice captain Ferdinand knows Baldini well due to their respective England ties.
Roma have had an inconsistent star to their campaign so far and for new Coach Luis Enrique to acquire players of this caliber would certainly aid his side’s ability to progress up the Serie A table. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
