Marino linked to Cesena bench

Pasquale Marino is a candidate to take over at Cesena should Marco Giampaolo get the sack, according to TuttoMercatoWeb.
The Seashorses are currently bottom of Serie A with only two points claimed from their opening seven matches and have scored just twice. It is believed Giampaolo’s future depends on the outcome of the Wednesday evening clash at home against fourth-placed Cagliari.
Ex-Siena boss Mario Beretta, plus Giuseppe Iachini and Davide Ballardini have all been linked with the job, although Ballardini is expected to reject the move should Cesena call.
Marino, who was sacked by Parma in April 2011 after being appointed at the start of 2010/11, is an advocate of a trident attack, which could fit with the squad at his disposal more so than the system employed by Giampaolo. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
