Marotta confident of securing Lichsteiner

Juventus remain close to securing Lazio full-back Stephan Lichsteiner, but admit the fee is not yet resolved.
Juve general director Giuseppe Marotta is confident all issues will be ironed out in the upcoming days and insists there are no problems between he and Lazio President Claudio Lotito.
“With Lotito there is a good rapport,” said Marotta. “There is a small economic difference to fix but with calmness and care they will all be resolved.”
Tuttomercatoweb believes today will be a decisive day in the potential transfer of the Swiss international, with a further meeting between Marotta and Lotito. A deal is expected to be reached.
So far the Old Lady has offered €10m, which falls short of Lazio’s €12m release clause. Marotta has also offered €7.5m and a choice of Marco Storari, Amauri or Marco Motta, which has been rejected.
Lazio would like to close the deal by Thursday as there is an anticipated meeting to take place with Genoa regarding Abdoulaye Konko, who would replace the departing Lichsteiner. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
