Matri: Juventus focused on Cesena

Alessandro Matri believes Juventus can turn their fortunes around as they travel to Cesena this Saturday.
Speaking to Mediaset, the ex-Cagliari striker believes one good result can get Juve out of this current rut but has denied the squad is not trying as hard as it could:
“A positive result could help us to break the deadlock. We’re a facing a negative moment and we’re aware of this, but we don’t have to lose heart. Hearing people saying that we don’t work hard is quite bad, because it’s not true. We apply ourselves in both the training and the matches, but unfortunately there’s no positive outcome now.”
Matri thinks it is a mental block the Old Lady is suffering as they have lost their past three matches. “Who spoke about a mentality problem is right. I think that once we’ll break the mind deadlock we have, we’ll be able to give our best. Now we must stay united, Club, Coach, staff and team, because this is the only way to ride over.”
Alberto Aquilani returned to training yesterday after his stint on the sidelines. However, Felipe Melo is confirmed to miss this clash and with Momo Sissoko also out, 19-year-old Marcel Buchel could start. Andrea Barzagli went off during training today with a left thigh complaint and so is in doubt for the trip.
Luigi Del Neri may abandon the 4-4-2 formation in favour of a 4-3-3 with Alessandro Del Piero, Matri and Milos Krasic in attack. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
