Milito welcomes Inter Gasperini era

Diego Milito is currently preparing for the Copa America but the Argentine international spoke to Gazzetta dello Sport about the appointment of Gian Piero Gasperini and the rumoured Rodrigo Palacio move in the same direction.
Gasperini was this week named new Inter Coach and will reunite with Andrea Ranocchia, plus Thiago Motta and Milito, who were both in his Genoa side which finished fifth in 2008/09.
“I am happy for the arrival of Gasperini on the Inter bench. I spent a year with him at Genoa. It was a splendid season. We enjoyed ourselves and we entertained others.”
Milito feels Gasperini can rejuvenate the squad after an up-and-down 2010/11 season under Rafa Benitez and then Leonardo: “With Gasperini’s ideas and the quality of the squad we can win everything again.”
Milito then turned his attention to the talk of Palacio moving to the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza outfit: “Palacio? I know him well. He is a player of absolute quality. I really hope he comes to Inter.” Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
