Moggi: Napoli “ideal” for Cassano

Former Juventus general director Luciano Moggi has weighed into the Antonio Cassano debate, noting Napoli would be “ideal” for FantAntonio whilst speaking to Telecaprisport.
Cassano has been linked with a move away from Milan, as he strives for regular first-team football, with Fiorentina and the Partenopei the most likely destinations should a move occur.
Italian national team tactician, Cesare Prandelli, spoke recently about those who desire to represent Italy at Euro 2012 needing to play regularly at club level.
Moggi feels a move south is what Cassano needs: “Milan has to sell Cassano, because [Max] Allegri has an abundance of strikers and if he does not play, Cassano can become a problem.
“Napoli would be the ideal location. However, I think that until the end of January Cassano will remain at Milan and eventually they will then let him go to another club and then Napoli could take advantage.”

The former Sampdoria star featured on 17 occasions for Milan after his January move from the port-city club, scoring four goals. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
