Moratti warns Benitez: “I don’t want to be embarrassed”

Inter President Massimo Moratti talks about the next Champions League game in which he believes that it is imperative for Coach Rafael Benitez to win.
As reported by La Republica, Moratti declared “We need to win against Werder Brema, the last competition before the Club World Cup. It is important a positive approach to the match also for psychologic reasons.”
The President encourages his team after the defeat against Lazio on Friday night and added “To achieve positive results in Champions League is obligatory, that is not the place where you want to look foolish.”
He then added on the Club World Cup: “ It will have a huge meaning for us: the team is maybe more absorbed by it than all the rest.”
Questioned on coach Benitez, Moratti answered: “ We will face the next two matches and ten we’ll see…” insisting that the match against the Germans is not an obstacle. “This match is not disturb, thinking in this way we would have to consider in the same manner the match against Lazio. Every match has just one objective: the victory.”
The President also consider a return of Diego Milito and explained: “For the World Cup we’ll wait the return of Milito, and even if he won’t make it, gives us faith for the rest of the season.”
On the Campionato Moratti declared: “We didn’t renounced at all: we are trying to achieve positive results with serenity, also training for the League. Perhaps it will go fine also for the Scudetto.”
The President concluded commenting the exclusion of Wesley Sneijder from the Ballon d’or podium: “It is not fair that Sneijder has been excluded from the podium.”
