Moratti will not reinforce Inter in January

Inter President Massimo Moratti will not be purchasing anymore players in the January transfer window. He feels that “Inter are playing so well, I don’t think we need any reinforcements.”
Moratti gives much of the credit for Inter’s change in fortune to new Brazilian tactician Leonardo. The Nerazzurri have a 100% record under the ex-Milan player and show no signs of slowing down.
This weekend’s 4-1 demolition of Bologna was another example of the Nerazzurri’s determination to get back in the title race. Moratti is now of the mind that since his coach is getting the best out of the players that Andrea Ranocchia will be the first and last transfer of the window.
Moratti praised Leonardo saying: “Certainly a lot of the credit for our revival is down to Leonardo. In fact, I’d say the majority of it is thanks to him, because he understood the atmosphere and found what everyone needed to do well.”
The Nerazzurri supremo attributed the change in Inter’s fortunes to a better and enjoyable mentality instilled by his Brazilian Coach.
“He was wonderful from a psychological stand-point and in working with the side. He really has been fantastic. There is certainly spirit, desire, enthusiasm and good football, so I really could not ask for more.”
