Motta wants to stay at Inter

The agent of Thiago Motta believes there is little chance that his client will be leaving Inter during the summer.
Premier League outfit Arsenal had recently been linked with a move for the 28-year-old as manager Arsene Wenger looks to bolster his midfield options.
It is believed that Inter were willing to talk business with the Gunners, but Gian Piero Gasperini’s arrival as the new coach of the Nerazzurri has appeared to have revitalized Motta’s chances of remaining at the San Siro.
With that in mind, Motta’s representative is convinced he will ply his trade in Serie A next season. Speaking to Corriere dello Sport, Alessandro Canovi said:
“I believe his future is at Inter. He wants to stay here, he still has two years left in his contract and has never requested to leave. Until stated otherwise, he will remain at Inter.”
Brazilian-born Motta joined Inter from Genoa in 2009 and played a pivotal role as the club secured an historic treble under the stewardship of Jose Mourinho. Motta played under Gasperini during his time with Genoa. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
