Nesta could be out for up to one month

Milan’s veteran defender Alessandro Nesta has a suspected dislocated shoulder after he fell badly on it in last nights 2-0 win against Cesena at the San Siro.
Nesta, 34, was taken to hospital last night and although he has not fractured his shoulder or neither has he sustained ligament damage he will have to rest for up to three or four weeks.
The Rossoneri moved four points clear of second place Napoli this weekend after their 2-0 victory over Cesena, however, their progress has been dealt a blow by loosing Nesta for a lengthy period of time.
Vice-president Adriano Galliani said after the game that “I believe Nesta will be out for two to three weeks and will miss six to seven games.”
This will mean that Nesta will miss games against Sampdoria in the Coppa Italia, Catania, Lazio, Genoa, Parma and maybe the tie against Tottenham Hotspur in the Champions League.
The injured Nesta now adds to Milan’s rising list of wounded as Andrea Pirlo, Clarence Seedorf, Mathieu Flamini, Kevin-Prince Boateng and Gianluca Zambrotta and Gennaro Gattuso are also all out.
