No Juventus move for Matri

Juventus look set to miss out on signing Alessandro Matri because Cagliari are refusing to sell him, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
A striker has been a priority throughout January for Juve, who have Fabio Quagliarella, Vincenzo Iaquinta and Luca Toni out injured.
One of their targets, Giampaolo Pazzini, has already joined Inter and it now seems their other target, Matri, will not be transferring at all.
Cagliari president Massimo Cellino, who has valued his striker at €18 million, said: “Juventus want Matri, but I won’t sell him.”
Bianconeri director general Beppe Marotta added: “For Matri, I think that we cannot bring a deal to a conclusion under the conditions of Cellino.”
However, Cagliari have indicated that they will be more willing to listen to offers for Matri at the end of the season.
