Palermo sign Novara hotshot

Corriere dello Sport have claimed that Palermo have already wrapped up a deal to sign Novara striker Pablo Gonzalez at the end of the season.
The Argentine has attracted interest from a number of Serie A clubs after firing Novara to the summit of Serie B with 11 goals. It looked likely that Gonzalez would be snapped up to a top-flight side in January, but Palermo have reportedly agreed to let him stay with Novara until the summer.
The Rosanero will supposedly pay €2m for the 25-year-old’s services, and will also send youngsters Samir Ujkani and Michel Morganella to Novara as part-exchange.
Palermo have an outstanding recent history of plucking players from obscurity and turning them into stars. Gonzalez follows the likes of Javier Pastore and Josip Ilicic to Sicily and the club will hope he can have a similar impact in Serie A next year. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
