Parma in no rush to sign a striker

Parma President Tommaso Ghirardi says the Ducali are in no rush to sign a striker, but notes he would like to sign Amauri or Sergio Floccari.
The Gialloblu loaned Amauri from Juventus last January where he rediscovered his goal scoring form, netting seven times. The player is on the outer in Turin and has been linked with a permanent move to Parma.
Ghirardi told Corriere dello Sport the money involved is the main issue: “The market is open until the end of August, but our squad is already fine, we have done good work. However, we will be alert until the end.”
Amauri? When there is the possibility to dream of having a great player like him, hope is always there until the end. Certainly, the situation is difficult as his fee is very high and we cannot live with that distress.”

Turning his attention to Lazio’s Floccari, who may be pushed out with the arrival in Rome of Miroslav Klose and potentially Djibril Cisse, Ghirardi noted:
“Even Floccari is a strong player and would add to the value of our squad, but it is not an immediate necessity to sign a striker. We are calm.” Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
