Pastore rejected Barca and Real

Javier Pastore has claimed that he rejected the chance to sign for either Barcelona or Real Madrid because he would rather be guaranteed an important role at Palermo.
Pastore is a highly coveted player, and Palermo have previously claimed to have been approached by the Spanish giants regarding a transfer.
However, the Argentinian signed a new contract until 2015 just last month so any potential suitors will have to pay a monumental fee to buy him.
But Pastore has insisted that he is a wanted man, saying: “The offers from Barcelona and Real were concrete, they approached my club and my agent.
“Most players would accept but I chose to stay at Palermo because I know here I’ll always play. I’m learning a lot and I don’t want to stop this learning.”

However, the 21-year-old hinted he would eventually move on when he felt the time was right: “When I’m sure that I’m going to a great club to play, then I’ll go.
“I don’t want to go then after six months I have to go on loan to another club where I have to start again. If I keep growing, the proposal would have to come again.” Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
