Pastore thanks Palermo

Javier Pastore believes it is because of his time at Palermo that he has been able to develop as a player and represent Argentina at the current Copa America.
El Flacco told Ole he does not regret the decision to join the Rosanero outfit and stated it was the time spent with the Sicilians that helped him mature as a player.
“Palermo is a club where I fitted in quickly and that I have always respected. My first year at the club was good, the second was better, because I scored more goals.”
“I do not regret going to Palermo instead of a bigger club, it is a decision that has allowed me to participate in the Copa America.”

Along with representing Argentina at the continental championships, Pastore also featured at the 2010 World Cup.
He has been subject of numerous transfer rumours, with Palermo President Maurizio Zamparini claiming his star playmaker is worth €50 million. Pastore has been linked with Roma, as well as clubs in England and Spain. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
