Prandelli backs Milan for Scudetto and praises Napoli

Italy Coach Cesare Prandelli was interviewed by Radio CRC and believes the Scudetto is Milan’s to lose, while he was quite impressed with Napoli on and off the field.
The derby win over Inter sees the Rossoneri move clear of their city rivals, with Napoli now in second spot, but Prandelli sees the Scudetto remaining in Milan.
“The Scudetto this year can only be lost by Milan. Napoli is a team that has had a lot of continuity in their performances; I believe they can maintain their position and even go better, not to underestimate Udinese, who play fantastic football.”
Prandelli continued his praise for the Partenopei, especially Coach Walter Mazzarri and the trio of Edinson Cavani, Marek Hamsik and Ezequiel Lavezzi.
“Napoli is not a team that has one reference point as those three up front are really strong. The Club should be praised for their planning, but applause should go, above all, to Walter Mazzarri. I want to compliment Napoli, because with the Club and Mazzarri they will be able to maintain in time a great style of play. The Napoli project reminds me of my Fiorentina. From a technical level, to the leaders and the Club in general, Napoli is now the model of Italian football.”
Ex-Fiorentina Coach Prandelli remarked on the Championship this season and the players in Italy, saying: “The league is very open this season, there is equality. In Italy, we have good players, but not world class players.” Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
